Jimmy was born in Mission, BC and grew up in Fraser Valley. After graduating high school Jimmy went to the University of Winnipeg and completed a Bachelor of Business Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. He then attended the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law to obtain a dual Juris Doctorate Degree, graduating in 2021.
After graduation, Jimmy came back to Abbotsford and completed his articles at a local firm. In 2022, Jimmy joined Terry’s office and started to focus his practice in real estate law. Being a son to a successful residential home builder and developer, Jimmy has always had a passion for real estate and development. His unique upbringing and experience allows him to understand real estate from an inside out approach.
Outside of the office, Jimmy has been dedicated to the community of Abbotsford. In 2023, Jimmy was a part of an organization that raised over $50,000.00 for Abbotsford Hospice Society and, in 2024, they raised over $70,000.00 for Abbotsford Starfish Pack Program. In his free time, Jimmy enjoys spending his time with his family and friends and attending sporting events.
Fun Fact: Jimmy volunteered at Terry’s office for his grade 10 career planning credits.
Terry Sidhu has been a successful entrepreneur in Abbotsford for over 20 years.
Terry Sidhu was born in Mission, BC, grew up in Chilliwack, and relocated to Abbotsford before he began his career working as a realtor. During his time as a realtor, he took the Real Estate Agent’s Nominee licensing course and worked as a mortgage lender for some time. Terry’s love and passion for serving the public in the real estate field led him to pursue a career as a Notary Public. Terry became commissioned as a Notary Public in 2005.
Having been both a Realtor and a Mortgage specialist, Terry fully understands what it takes for one to buy and sell property.
Terry’s best strengths are his personable nature and care for others. These qualities have helped him build a base of repeat clients and further referrals.
Vik grew up in the Fraser Valley and attended Bond University in the Gold Coast, Australia for his law degree. In 2013, Vik was called to the BC Bar and began his career as a litigator in the Fraser Valley, practicing in the areas of personal injury and contract law. Vik continued to practice as a litigator and help many people advance their cases through our court system. His passion for real estate and helping others led him to join Ambassador Law Corporation as a lawyer in 2025. Vik understands the intricacies of buying and selling real estate and uses his skills to assist clients with their real estate transactions. He also practices in the areas of wills and corporate law.
